If you need Qdoba catering for less than 20 people, the taco bar starts with a 10 person minimum making it a great choice for small events. Hot Nacho Bar
The Qdoba nacho bar is great for sports parties and includes salt-and-lime corn chips, 3-cheese queso dip, chicken and seasoned ground beef, beans, salsa, and guacamole. Hot nacho bar orders require a 20 person minimum.

Boxed Lunches
For meetings or events that are not suitable for DIY food bars, Qdoba catering also offers boxed lunches. Each boxed lunch contains either a chicken burrito, steak burrito, or vegetarian burrito as well as tortilla chips and a choice of chocolate chip cookie or brownie. Boxed lunches require a 10 person minimum order and can be increased in orders of 5 and should be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
